Q: What if there is a problem with my jewellery?
A: In the unlikely event that you should experience a problem with your jewellery, return it to us and we will correct it for you. This does not affect your statutory right.

Q: I do not live in the United Kingdom, do you send overseas?
A: Although everything is priced in £ sterling we are only too pleased to receive orders worldwide.

Q: How do I know if you have received my order?
A As soon as we receive your order we shall e-mail confirmation of the order to you.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We guarantee to deliver anything you see on our web site within 14 days.

Q: What if I order the wrong ring size?
A: If by any chance you order the wrong ring size you can send the ring back to us and we will exchange it for the correct size. It must be returned to us using a guaranteed delivery service.

Q: I like the products but are they available in different colours or metals?
A: We can supply any of our own range of jewellery in a variety of metals and colours i.e. 9ct white and red gold, 14 carat yellow and white gold, 18 carat yellow, white or red gold, 22 carat gold and platinum.
